Update: contacted them, spoke to the nail tech, and let them know what happened. I was told it must have been my fault (which is very untrue!) and then he told me he’d refund. I haven’t received it but I’ll count this as a sunk cost and just avoid this place. Sucks because Flower and this one lady who did my nails once were so professional and did my eyebrows and nails flawlessly!

Absolutely horrendous. The guy who has done my nails twice (not the guy with the mustache, the other one) has no consideration for guests: he’s rough, pushy, and does not make it like a comforting nail appointment. My recent appointment I got gel x and as he put the nails on my fingers, the glue/gel x was clearly burning under the light and despite me telling him, he did nothing. He picked the wrong nail sizes and forced them on my nail beds. He did my gel x nails while I was on the foot massage chair. I don’t know but I would think that is a bad place to be doing acrylics! Now part of my finger is bleeding and cracked because he didn’t do his job correctly.I did call and they offered to fix it BUT WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO FIX? I will not be back again and he seriously needs classes on how to be professional and less rough at a nail salon.
I am on my way to an urgent care to check this out. If you go her, go to Flower or just anyone else.
This has now become my “go-to” place. I’ve been here a total of 3 times and they have done and amazing job each time! Also, can I add that they go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with your nails. I’ve seen that consistently and I appreciate that sooo much!!
I found this place walking on my lunch one time. I called and made an appointment during my lunch and Flower was my nail tech. I highly recommend her but everyone there is great! They are welcoming and offer you water. They take their time and give you suggestions. I love the massage chairs...they always make me fall asleep! 🤣💆🏽♀️ …
Vu is really talented, gentle, and precise… and took his time to make sure my nails were perfect! $65 for a gel x mani with art is such a steal for the quality u get. I’ll be back!
This has been my absolute favorite place to go to for the past 9 years! Kim & Nicki are my go-to girls, and when they aren’t available Flower and Sydney are amazing!
John, Min, and Peter are super great too! Everyone is very kind and patient to listening to what their clients need and have helpful tips on which shape & size to keep your nails to keep them strong and healthy.
Their cleanliness and customer service is 💯 and I truly wouldn’t want to go to any other place. I love them and their wonderful place!
Needed a pedi while in LA. Found Wonder Nails close by and had openings.
They were very accommodating.
Only thing we didn't like was how overwhelming the fumes were when we entered. They did noticed our reaction and left the door open
Omg they did an amazing job with my nails! Literally “nailed” it 😅 super friendly staff, amazing design skills even though I asked for a difficult design. This was also the second place I went to because the first place said they could not do my design. Very affordable as well! Will definitely be coming back …
Once a month I come in to get a pedicure and the service is great. I've recommended a few friends to Wonder Nails b/c their customer service is amazing. Thank you Wonder Nails crew!!!
